Steve jobs is suing phone company HTC because he claims they stole 20 features patented exclusively to the iPhone. Steve Jobs released a statement saying "We can sit by and watch competitors steal our patented inventions, or we can do something about it. We've decided to do something about it...We think competition is healthy, but competitors should create their own original technology, not steal ours" The operating system used was the famous Andriod OS from Google. Apple is already tied up with two other lawsuits with Kodak and Nokia. Apple's lawyers will be busy this year. The question stands; is Google and HTC getting too close for comfort, and why is Apple suing HTC for most of Google's copyright infringements. It seems Steve Jobs is scared. He went as far as to ask Alan Murray (Wall Street Journal Deputy Managing Editor) to delete the following tweet "This tweet sent from an iPad. Does it look cool?" HTC lover beware, your in for a wild ride!
